Hospitality the Little Traverse Way
Join the Hospitality the Little Traverse Way team as they present Front Line Guest Service Training on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at the Inn at Bay Harbor from 9am to Noon. The cost for this training session is $30 and incluse light refreshments. presents
This three-hour program is designed to be a low-cost, comprehensive program to teach front-line staff the fundamentals of exceeding guests’ expectations while giving them a greater understanding of the Hospitality the Little Traverse Way Service Culture. The curriculum was designed by Bill Quiseng of Bill Quiseng / Deliver the World’s Best Customer Experience and supported by the partnering agencies of Hospitality the Little Traverse Way. Participants will be given practical guest-relations skills that they can immediately apply in their workplace.
