Every Satruday and Sunday through October 31st, enjoy a fun filled hayride around the farms fields, pastures, vineyard, forests and ponds. Includes a stop at teh Trout Pond to feed the fish! $4 per person. Kids 2 and under are free.
The Harbor Springs Farmers' Market will run every Saturday and Wednesday until Labor Day. After Labor Day it will be open on Saturdays until mid-October, weather and supplies permitting. This year there will be several new vendors offering a larger variety of locally grown and produced products. Stop by while vacationing in this lovely lakeside community. The Petoskey City Championships will be hosted at the Petoskey High School Tennis - Tuesday, August 14 - Saturday, August 18. This tournament will benefit the Petoskey Community Tennis programs. Individual events are $15 and doubles are $30 - with age divisions for juniors and adults. Prizes, trophies, raffles and t-shirts will be awarded.

Each United Way is also accepting monetary donations to purchase school supplies for students in need. Donations should be mailed to Char-Em United Way, PO Box 1701, Petoskey, MI 49770, or Otsego County United Way, 116 E. Fifth St., Gaylord, MI 49735 with Stuff the Bus noted, or use one of the donation boxes available at each event
Soak Up the Sound Concert Series at the Odawa Casino presents Randy Travis. Come and experience a terrific concert from Randy Travis in Ovation Hall located inside the Odawa Casino. Tickets are $35/$40 and go on sale by calling 1.800.585.3737 and at the Quill Box at the Odawa Casino. Doors open at the 7 pm.
