This phrase has sense resonated with leaders, managers, and business owners. Whether for-profit or not-for-profit, the caliber of your people largely determines your success in the marketplace. This workshop will examine the business environment and the fundamental shifts many managers must make to recruit, develop, and retain quality people. Participants will take-away ideas and tools to begin creating a business environment that not only keeps your “A” players, but attracts the talent critical for your business growth.
