2008 Sponsorship Opportunities
Marquee Sponsorships: Get more Marketing Bang for your buck. A marquee sponsorship allows you to package your chamber sponsorships while giving you exclusive Marquee chamber visibility through one of our premier programs or events.
Business After Hours: The Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours is the right place to be each month. An average of 182 business leaders attended each event last year for networking opportunities along with first-call food and service at our member properties. It's the perfect place to showcase your business as a sponsor/exhibitor. Sponsorships are broken into three categories this year:

General Sponsorship: A general sponsorship is $350 and is limited to just four sponsors per event. General sponsorships are available at the January, February, March, May, June, September, October, and November Business After Hours and include a display table, ten complimentary tickets for employees and clients, and listings in all promotional information. Sponsors are invited to offer door prizes as well.

Business Expo: Our Business Expo is back by popular demand. This will be held in April in Ovation Hall of Odawa Casino. Up to 35 exhibitors will participate at a cost of just $150 per sponsor. Sponsorships include a display table, five complimentary tickets and listings in all promotional material. Sponsors are invited to offer door prizes as well. Attendance to this event is expected to exceed 300 people.
Business Before Hours: This is "Power Networking" at its finest. Now on Thursday mornings at a different location each month, this program offers a high-energy focus on networking and a featured speaker on a timely business topic. For just $150, sponsors of Business Before Hours can showcase their business/product/service as an exclusive sponsor of this event. Sponsors will be given a five-minute "commercial" and will be invited to place promotional material on tables and listed in all promotional information. Last year an average of 50 people attended the individual BBH sessions.
Golf Outing: Get your business name in front of 200 area golfers at this annual networking event. Sponsorships include: Scoreboard $250, Hole $250 exclusive or $125 shared (minimum 2 per hole), Hole Event $75, Beverage Cart $250, Registration Table $250, Driving Range $125/$250 exclusive, Bag Handlers $125/$250 exclusive. Donations for golfer gifts, door prizes and golfer prizes (dinner for eight or four) also needed.
Breakfast For Champions: Be a part of the area's premier awards banquet with an attendance of around 400 people. Sponsors receive a table for eight people and various levels of recognition. Sponsorship levels are: $400 Mission Award, $425 Other Awards, $700 Speaker, or $1000 Event Sponsor. In-kind sponsorships are also available.
Stafford's Downtown Petoskey Holiday Parade: This heartwarming event can really enhance the community image of your business and gets your name in front of a festive audience watching the parade. Investment levels have varying degrees with different levels of recognition based on the financial contribution. Concerts in the Park: Concerts in the Park is a widely recognized community event with an average audience of 150 people at each of the 27 performances. Your donation of $250 or more gets your logo on the concert schedule and a verbal recognition at each show. A $100 contribution gets your business/organization name listed in the concert schedule.
Downtown Marketing Committee Investments: Your investment will be leveraged to support an image advertising campaign and promotional events to encourage shopping and dining in Downtown Petoskey. Investment levels are $1000, $500, $250, and $50.
Festival on the Bay Sponsorships: This annual festival is the third weekend in August. Activities include children's area, entertainment tent, arts and crafts show, celebration of the sunset, and lots more. There are several levels of sponsorships available. Sponsorship levels include $250, $500, $1000, $2500, $5000, and $15000.
